soleil laurent is a young black woman who leads a rock band. she’s been called the n-word, accused of pretending to play her guitar, and told she’d never make it more times than she can count. but her story isn’t about that. it’s about how she’s using her music to show people their power. about how she hustled to make her dream happen, gained a huge, loyal fan base along the way, and almost ended her career and her life while facing depression. soleil went for it. and hasn’t stopped. listen to learn how.
